First of many Impromptu’s to be released by Thad over the next year. Impromptu #1 is a subtle piece, soft, and emotional, a piece which builds and releases back and forth between dissonance and harmony, bringing a sense of trouble or tension, but always resolving towards peace, hence the name Safe and Sound.
